I enjoyed access to the signature lounge on the sixth floor. It featured 180-degree views. the lounge served complimentary prosecco between 4 pm and 6 pm. coffee, cakes, and pastries were available in the signature lounge. i also received a £30 per person allowance toward an evening meal at select restaurants. the chilled sauvignon blanc and welsh cakes in my room were a nice touch.
i found the £20 parking fee per night to be excessive, given the overall cost of my stay.

I enjoyed the early check-in at 3 pm. It allowed ample time to settle in. The Signature Lounge access was a GREAT perk. Free hot drinks and pastries throughout the day. bubbly between 4-6 pm, added value. Steak on Six provided an lovely dining experience. The food was AMAZING!!!
I found the parking fee for hotel residents to be an unnecessary expense. It seems excessive already paying for accommodation. This was like an unexpected cost.

jamila and rebecca at reception were very helpful. their assistance really enhanced my stay. an upgrade to a family room was definitely worth it. it included a huge bed each, a balcony and a fridge.
the bathrooms are a little tired. they could do with an update, but the rooms are still lovely and big. the staff were not quite as helpful as i expected. i appreciate there are strict rules with procedures at a big hotel, but maybe exceptions should be made in extreme circumstances.
